Counseling Services

Welcome to Counseling Services!

You're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

My counseling services are here to support you in making sense of the chaos, trusting yourself, and moving forward. I provide telehealth therapy across Colorado, creating a safe and empowering space—wherever you are—to explore, heal, and grow.

Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and build tools for you to feel more present, confident, and connected. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, cultural awareness, and practical strategies that honor your story.

I work with individuals navigating:

  • Anxiety & overwhelm

  • Depression & "imposter syndrome"

  • Trauma recovery

  • Grief & loss

  • Cultural identity & BIPOC-related challenges

  • Academic or workplace stress & burnout

  • Parenting stress & support

  • Life transitions (moves, losses, career changes, etc.)

  • Relationship & family conflict

  • Communication & boundary-setting

  • Coping skills & emotional regulation

  • Women’s health, identity & wellness

You are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that provides the cost of your medical treatment expenses.

Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who  uninsured or who don't use insurance an estimated bill for medical treatment expenses.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total estimated cost of any non-emergency expenses, including related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical treatment. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule any treatment.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
