Hi, I'm Angela! I'm the proud owner of Creating Change Counseling and Education, a journey I started in January 2023. I started this work because I believe everyone deserves a space to feel seen, heal, and connect with their truth. I'm based in the heart of Pueblo, Colorado. I offer telehealth counseling services across the state of Colorado, making it easy to connect wherever you are. For professionals and teams in southern Colorado, I provide in-person and virtual training and consulting designed to help you grow, reflect, and lead with intention.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and trainer with nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field. I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and communities, across various settings—from nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and private practices.

​My mission is simple yet profound: to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to untangle what's weighing you down, understand your patterns, connect with your values, and trust in yourself. I offer personalized guidance and a range of techniques designed to meet you where you're at. During this process, you'll experience compassion, curiosity, empathy, and yes, even a little bit of humor.
