Hi, I'm Angela! I'm the proud owner of Creating Change Counseling and Education, a journey I started in January 2023. I'm based in the heart of Pueblo, Colorado. While my training services primarily cater to southern Colorado, my counseling practice is accessible through telehealth, allowing me to extend my support to the entire state of Colorado.

As a highly-skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and trainer with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I've worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and communities, across various settings—from nonprofit organizations and educational institutions to private practice.

​My mission is simple yet profound: to provide safe and supportive environment for teens and adults to gain fresh perspectives and find the answers they seek. I offer personalized guidance and a range of techniques designed to empower you on a journey of self-discovery, equipping you with new tools, helping you identify your inner truth, overcome obstacles, gain clarity, and heal. I've had the privilege of training individuals ranging from youth to parents to professionals on a wide spectrum of topics, including parenting and family dynamics, healthy relationships, violence prevention, mental health, and overall wellness.
